I did a long run last Saturday and it was killing my knees. A couple hours later I decided to use some oils. I used 3 drops of Tea Tree between both knees with some coconut oil for my carrier oil. The pain was gone almost instantly, but it didn't seem to last long - only about an hour. My friend said the oils effectiveness lasts longer when you blend them, so next time I may try combining a couple. Here is Kalani's blog
